Getting started with the gudangtoto app
The app is available on iOS and Android. After download and installation, you open it, create an account using your email and a strong password, and complete identity verification by uploading a photo ID and a proof of address. Our support team reviews these documents during standard business hours; most verifications finish within one working day.
Once verified, you add a payment method. Live-dealer tables on mobile
Our live-dealer studio broadcasts come through at 1080p on most devices; you can adjust quality in Settings if your connection is slower. Each table runs with a professional dealer, physical cards or a wheel, and real-time betting controls. The app logs every bet, hand history, and spin, so you can review your activity in the Account tab at any time.
Table limits vary by game and time of day. Our blackjack tables, for instance, may run at minimum stakes suitable for new players during afternoon hours in Jakarta time, and higher limits during evening sessions. You can filter tables by limit range to find one that matches your preference.
Multilingual dealer support on gudangtoto
Our live tables feature English-speaking dealers and chat moderators. Game rules are displayed in Indonesian and English; you can toggle the language in the table settings menu.
Roulette tables operate continuously, with new rounds starting every 30–60 seconds depending on the table. Our baccarat tables are popular during regional holidays like Idul Fitri and Imlek, when higher-limit games run more frequently. Dragon Tiger tables are faster-paced; each round takes about 15 seconds.
Sportsbook and football betting
The Sportsbook tab on our app shows fixtures from major leagues and tournaments. You can filter by league (Liga 1, Piala AFF, Premier League, Champions League), by date, or by available markets. Markets include full-time result, over/under goals, both-teams-to-score, and player prop bets depending on the fixture.
Placing a bet is simple: tap a market, enter your stake, and confirm. The app displays your potential return in IDR before you submit. Once confirmed, the bet appears in your Active Bets tab and updates in real time as the match progresses. After the match ends, settled bets move to the Bet History section.

- Set a default currency (IDR) and stake amount in Account settings to speed up bet entry.
Slot games and digital entertainment
Our Slots tab hosts games from leading software providers. Popular titles include Aviator, Sweet Bonanza, Gates of Olympus, Fortune Tiger, and Mahjong Ways. Each game has its own rule sheet accessible via the Info button; you can also play in demo mode to learn the mechanics before wagering real funds.
Slots on our app support both portrait and landscape orientation. When you rotate your device, the game adjusts to fill the screen. You can adjust your stake using the +/− buttons before each spin, and a spin history log at the bottom of the screen shows your last rounds.
Account settings and withdrawal flow
The Account tab manages your profile, balance, transaction history, and payment method setup. You can update your password, review your KYC documents and verification status, and see your current balance in real time.
To withdraw funds, navigate to Account → Withdraw, select your payment method (e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, or your registered bank account), enter the amount, and confirm. The app generates a unique withdrawal reference number. Processing times vary by method: e-wallet withdrawals typically complete within minutes, while virtual-account transfers to online payment, e-wallet, mobile banking, or local payment may take up to an hour during business hours.

Security and data privacy on gudangtoto
The gudangtoto app uses SSL encryption for all data in transit. Your login credentials are stored securely, and we support two-factor authentication via email or SMS. We recommend enabling 2FA in Account Settings to protect your account against unauthorized access.

If you suspect unauthorized activity on your account, contact our support team immediately. We can freeze your account, reset your password, and review recent transactions with you.
Offline and connectivity notes
Live-dealer streams require a stable internet connection; if your connection drops during a live session, the app will attempt to reconnect automatically. If you are disconnected for more than 30 seconds, your bets on that table may be cancelled or adjusted according to the game rules at the time of disconnection.
Sportsbook bets remain active even if your app closes, as long as the match is ongoing. You can close the app, re-open it later, and check your active bets in the Active Bets tab. Slot games are session-specific; if you close the app during a spin, that round is finalized before you disconnect.
